Flugplatz Zweisimmen – LSTZ – Runway 17/35

Located in the Bernese Oberland at an elevation of 933 meters, Zweisimmen Airfield was originally constructed as a „Reduit“ military base during World War II. It served the Swiss Air Force until the 1990s and is now operated by a civilian cooperative. The airfield is known for its single asphalt runway, 17/35, which measures 587 meters in length and 18 meters in width. The Rega base in Zweisimmen is located to the north of the airfield.
