The path to takeoff

As planes slowly position themselves before takeoff or taxi to the gate after landing, taxiways are the crucial connection. Through my lens, I document these often-underappreciated, yet critically important routes.

A taxiway at Buochs Airport stretches into the distance with DURCHGANG VERBOTEN painted on it, meaning No passage in German. The road is surrounded by green fields and mountains under a cloudy sky.
